Sony Online Entertainment (SOE) has already embraced the free-to-play business model with its popular PlayStation 3 and PC game, Free Realms. Now the publisher is making one of its biggest games, DC Universe Online, available for free. Beginning later this year, players will be able to download and access DCUO completely for free on both the PS3 and PC.
